TOOLS AND RESOURCES
SABER-E&I identifies three policy goals that education systems need to fulfill to achieve learning for all.
Establishing an enabling environment and providing adequate resources for the education system to be equitable and inclusive
Ensuring that all children are ready to learn and in school
Ensuring that all children and especially vulnerable groups learn in school
Policymakers will be able to draw on the Framework Paper for an evidence-based global review of the policies that most matter for improving equity in education. In addition, they can draw on the analysis of their own education system and the degree to which their policies are aligned with providing equitable education to underprivileged groups. They will also be able to use data and reports on other education systems around the world to learn about (and from) the policy choices made by other countries to promote equity.
